NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Royal Dutch Shell were flat in after-hours trading Tuesday on reports that the oil giant is in talks to buy gas producer BG Group, according to the Wall Street Journal. The deal for BG Group, which has a market capitalization of approximately $46 billion, would be one of the largest of the year if it goes through.
